The Corporate Singularity - A Framework for AI-First Organisational Integration

Frank Rækby Jepsen · 2026-03-03

Organisations have invested heavily in artificial intelligence, yet most AI deployments remain isolated, additive, and peripheral to core decision-making. This paper introduces the concept of the Corporate Singularity (TCS): a company’s aspirational operational state, in which all decisions are supported by a comprehensive and continuously updated dataset, all actions are evaluated against explicit and stakeholder-specific optimality criteria, and all structurally unnecessary friction has been removed. The Corporate Singularity is not a product category or a technology investment – it is an architectural and organisational condition, approached asymptotically through the full integration of an AI-first stack around a unified data model.
